Yes, definitely: This is a very common condition. And it's something that can be helped. Don't simply seek an anti-depressant however. A complicated condition like Lupus requires careful mgmt of Rx(s) and a good Health Psychologist w/ experience in chronic condition self-mgmt will be helpful but best if they can coordinate w/ your medical Dr. Be hopeful - this is often very successful.
