Depression & Vit D: There is some research that suggests low D is linked to depression. Other studies link low D to low immunity. Experts rec D between 50 and 80. Ask your doc about supplementing w/D. Many people need 5K IUs daily. Consider getting some support from a clinical psychologist for your depression. How is your diet--junk food, sugar, lots of carbs? Please avoid. Do you do some moderate exercise?
