No clear connection: While people suffering from depression have been found to have lower levels of Vitamin D in some studies, no evidence exists that low Vit D levels cause depression or fatigue. If you are staying inside, avoiding sun, you may be exercising less, which would cause fatigue and possible depression. Try some aerobic exercise indoors (treadmill, dancing) which will boost your mood and relieve fatigue
