A member asked:

I have multlevel lumbar spondylosis with superimposed levoconvex scoliosis .moderate neural foraminal stenosis on the left at l4/5 - have 33% lumbar and 39% thoracic curve. talking surgery. what does the above mean?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

MRI findings : For many years there has been wear of the bones in the low back and now arthritis. There are low back nerves that come out around those low backbone that don't have space, the holes through which they pass are smaller than they should be. There is an abnormal side curve to the mid and low back which is markedly large. To understand how these findings relate to you requires a physical examination
