Diabetes: It is impossible to diagnose this remotely; she needs to see her doctor, and soon. A possibility: make sure they check her lipids (triglycerides, cholesterol). Very high lipids can occur with diabetes, and could cause pimple like lesions (usually all over, not just face) and abdominal pain/pancreatitis.
