See details: It is impossible to say without being able to examine the area. It could be small cysts or small lymph nodes. The risk of lymphoma is low. See your doctor.

Lymph nodes: Hard to know exactly what the "pea sized lumps" are, but could be lymph nodes. We all have lymph nodes, so it doesn't necessarily mean cancer including lymphoma. However, see you physican to evaluate -- especially if new "masses" and/or getting bigger.
