Lymph node.: I don’t disagree with waiting until after the baby is born, as you’re nearly to term. But once you’ve delivered and a little time has gone by, like a week or two, if the lymph node is still there and there’s no reason for it’s existence then you may want to strongly consider having it removed for definitive diagnosis. Just to be safe.

Lymph node: I think that waiting until your baby is born in two weeks is fine. Lymphoma is usually not tender. Reactive lymph nodes are tender and are benign. They can enlarge in response to infection or other stimulus in the area, including immunizations, virus, or other. Pea sized is also not as worrisome as a larger lymph node would be in that area.
