What are the odds really of a 16 yearold getting abdominal aortic aneurysm?

Pretty low: Unless he/she has a congenital malformation or predisposition for aneurysm formation. Abdominal aortic aneurysms, in general, is caused by atherosclerois and hypertension, both rare conditions at this age.

Low: Without some genetic or connective tissue disorder issues, the chances of a 16 year old with an abdominal aortic aneurysm is exceptionally low.
