AAA.: It would be unusual to have an AAA at your age, unless you have some underlying medical condition that would make you more likely to have one at your age. We can sometimes normally feel the pulse of the aorta through the skin of the abdomen or even transmitted across the liver if we're pushing on the liver. But it couldn't hurt to confirm/deny with an abdominal ultrasound.
