See Pain Specialist: I am assuming you are stating you have had two surgeries on your neck for your arm pain. If you are stating that you had two surgeries on your arm then you may need to be checked for evaluation of neck issues. Either way, i would consult with a spine/pain specialist to see why you still hurt and see if you might be a candidate for interventional treatments or even spinal cord stimulation.
