Herniated a cervical disc in july. still has not fully healed, but i am not in horrible pain. i do have nerve issues in arm. should i get surgery?

Need reevaluation: Most cervical disc symptoms resolve in 6 weeks with pain meds, physical therapy and neck bracing. If still having symptoms or weakness , need evaluation by neuro or Ortho spine surgeon. MRI evaluation is a must if weakness is present
