Radial nerve graft: The question is complicated in that it depends on the length of time that the nerve has been injured and how much of the nerve has been injured. The success rate for the radial nerve is greater than that for the ulnar nerve. It takes 3 - 6 months and maybe longer to know the degree of recovery. Good motor function has occurred in up to 70%.
