Torn ligament: You mean torn ligament.You need to be followed by an orthopedic specialist as you are continuing to have pain and may need repair of the torn ligament.If it is not torn then you may still need either physical therapy and antiinflammatory grugs for your pain.See your orthopedic doctor if you have already not seen him or her.
