I had a mri done on the left knee, they found a small tear in my ligament. what do u reccomend?

Which ligament?: If it is your mcl, lcl or PCL just rehab and time. If it is your acl even a small tear can be problematic and may require surgery. If it is a tear in a meniscus and is small often you can just wait and see.
