About the same: A lot depends on the approach used. It is now possible to due endovascular aortic valve replacement which has minimal recovery time. Coronary bypass can be done in a traditional or minimally invasive approach. Recovery is based on the approach and extent of the operation. Expect 6 - 8 weeks for complete recovery.
