There are a few, --: Like 1: patella-tendon-bone, from the front of the knee, taken from patient's knee; 2: hamstrings tendons, taken from the patient's knee are; 3: cadaveric achilles tendon. Discuss with your orthopod as he'll be using the type he thinks would be the best for you. Good luck.
