6-12 wks post-op: Once you are out from arthroscopic acl surgery 6-8 wks . The weak link is no longer the graft fixation points( interference scews, buttons, posts , 'tightrope' etc.) but switches to the graft itself( patellar tendon or hamstring). So your acl graft is the ' weakest' generally from post - op wk.6 or 8 thru post-op wk 12/14.After a few months the graft will develop ( hopefully)some blood supply. Gl.
