Minimal: Rhinoplasty is a superficial procedure. Al procedures carry risks. There is the risk of anesthesia and the risk of surgery. The risks should be minimal when performed by a properly trained surgeon and anesthesiologist.

Almost zero: Unless you have an adverse reaction to anesthesia the chance of death from rhinoplasty are zero. If you have the 1 in 10, 000 incidence of malignant hyperthermia or some other severe anesthesia complication you have an extremely slight chance.
