No evidence: Rhinoplasty restructures the tissues of the nose for a desired effect - breathing, correction of deformity, dealing with injury, etc. Cancer is not a known risk.

SKIN CANCER: No. It causes would include- excessive sun exposure and repeated sun burns, esp if you have been in australasia and you have a very fair skin. Other predisposing factors will include repeated trauma, immunocompromised patients on radiotherapy or chemotherapy, exposure of skin to chemicals e.g. in dye industry. see your doctor if you are worried about a spot or non healing skin wound pr lesion.
