A prognathic: Lower jaw is not really an anatomic feature that can be pin-pointed to a particular location because it occurs in all races. The hapsburgs were noted because quite a few of them had the trait.

Sticks out: The lower jaw sticks out in front of the upper jaw. Google hapsburg jaw for pictures. Requires orthodontic and surgical treatment to correct.
