See below: It is difficult to wear orthotics in a standard sandal. Consult your podiatrist about a custom sandal that will allow you to wear your orthotics with them.

NAOT: More and more brands make their sandals with "built-in" arches naot is one of the higher end brands that makes them with removable arch supports.
