A doctor has provided 1 answer

Atypical chest pain: Less likely cardiac pain since pain is continuos however associated symptoms help diagnosis. Quality of pain, aggravating and relieving factors of pain, location and radiation of pain all help with diagnosis. Muscle pain are most common in this age group but always good to be checked out. Pain reproduciible on touch are less likely to be cardiac in origin
