Hello .i feel a mild pain that goes and comes in my left hand and foot and arm not chest .sometimes it feels like murmuring .i take omeprazol everyday?

Unclear: Your question is not clear as to the character of the pain and mitigating factors. I think by "murmuring" you meant tingling. If so, that is a symptom of nerve damage and is uncommon at your age. Do discuss this with your PCP who may need to do dome blood tests.
