My right foot ankle is rolled inward when even not standing. i am 24, initially it was slight inward but now it is more. how can it be treated ? thnks

Ankle: You are speaking of the relaxed position of your foot and ankle. There is not necessarily anything wrong . If you are having pain with walking or chronic sprains , or difficulty walking or standing then see your podiatrist.

With prevention: An ankle or foot that rolls inward can certainly be abnormal and lead to arthritis and tendon problems. In certain cases the use of shoe orthotics or medical grade inserts can prevent future issues. In sever cases with painful symptoms conservative measures may not be enough and surgery would be indicated.
