Calcaneus avulsion fracture from rolled ankle 5 weeks ago. swellings gone, but unless my foot is elevated, goes purple. is this normal? still too painful for weight-bearing. can i wiggle my toes and flex my ankle to promote healing? thank you?

No wiggling or flexi: It usually take# at least 6 weeks for fractures to heal hence immobilization for that period, preferably with no weight bearing. Patience is key! NSAIDS TO RELIEVE swelling and pain please
