I run 5 to 6 days a week. i always feel really tired on the days i run. what do i need to so to not feel so tired. also been loosing weight.

Diet: You must keep up carb intake with this amount of running. If you are losing weight you are burning more than you are taking in--bad combination. Increase daily carbohydrate intake along with suitable proteins--fish, chicken, meat etc.. Until you put back on some pounds.
