Hello. knee fatigue/tiredness. legs become tired. wouldn't running or regular walking make it worse?

Leg fatigue: I do agree that running will aggravate your knee/leg symptoms. Are you just out of shape or is there medical explanation for your fatigueability? If there are no medical issues after appropriate testing, see a physical trainer for a personalized program of strength training so that you can resume running.
