Lately i have a weird feeling in the side of my head causing constant headaches. it almost feels like its heavy and making me lop sided.what is it?

Needs to be checked: Constant headache and making you lop sided needs to be checked by your doctor you need a detailed history and comprehensive physical exam including both eyes/fundi.And if doctor feel it is necessary blood test and imaging studies like MRI with and without contrast it may be migraine, tension headace, cluster headache, sinus headache or something inside your head like a tumor or vascular like aneurysm.
