Scalp tightness on top of head, frontal zone and only on left side. its not a constant feeling, and when i feel that tightness it lasts for almost 60 seconds. i dont have affected vision or headaches. what could be? please i need an answer?

You need to see a doctor to find out what this is. It could be a muscle spasm as there are muscles on your head. The only way to find out for certain is to have a doctor examine you. Best of luck to you!
