I'm 16 year female i had headaches yesterday on the sides of my head and the back of my head around where the neck meets the head and my head was feeling heavy now after sleeping, it's a lot better but my head still feels a little heavy what is it?

Since your headache resolved in a day, I believe you had a muscle contraction headache which is common and referred to as a tension headache. The residual heavy headedness isn't concerning if you otherwise feel OK. See your physician if you don't feel back to normal soon.
