Aren't any: At your age. Whatever benefits some people get from marijuana - relaxation, reduced anxiety, "getting in touch with yourself, " a new perspective on life etc etc., the adolescent brain (basically up to about age 23) is still being formed, and there is evidence that cannabis does not help that process. It has some medical effects, increases appetite, reduces nausea. At your age, not a good idea.
