Quitting: Congratulations, quitting smoking is really hard. There are a lot of symptoms people experience when they quit. One of them is depression, which may explain your loss of appetite. See your doctor and explain your symptoms, he or she may be able to give you something short-term that can help. Exercise will make you feel better and increase your appetite. Do not start smoking again, good luck.
