No single best way: There are many ways to stop smoking. Different things work for different people. I advise acupuncture, homeopathy, herbs, vitamins, meditation & exercise but some drugs can help too. It's normal to feel bad the first few days. Programs: If you desire to stop smoking, consider a smoking cessation program that offers education, support & appropriate medications. Ear (auricular acupuncture) & hypnosis are very helpful for smoking cessation.
