Not at all : Keep trying to quit again. Statistics show that you need to try to stop seven times to quit once. When you relapse, just start again with the same strategies that were successful before.

Important: to clarify the statistic which is; those who quit for good, ON AVERAGE took seven attempts to do so. Therefore you could quit after only a few attempts. You do not need to wait until seven attempts. The point is, do not ever stop trying until you have finally kicked it for good.

No way!: Just go right back to what you were doing right. Many (most) have a relapse - some have more than one - so don't feel bad or guilty. Just keep moving forward - you are an ex-smoker if you are not smoking now. Best wishes and congratulations. Three months is good!
