Either one: Does it really matter that much? Using rounding there essentially the same height. There may be a small variation from day to day depending upon your activity. Measuring very precisely most people are taller first thing in the morning and shorter later in the day. In the absence of gravity, astronauts have actually gotten taller, but the effect is temporary and goes away when they come to earth.
