MRI: Mri's are often better than ct for showing the brain if your dr is thinking something is going on with your brain. If by dizzy you mean room spinning, it might be an inner ear infection causing vertigo. Or if you mean feeling like you're going to pass out, it may be dehydration, not getting enough calories, or perhaps your heart.

Difficult Symptoms: Those symptoms are difficult to discern as to a cause because the brain itself has no pain sensitivity so it literally can not tingle on its own. Also try to refine what you mean by dizziness as it has several potential causes. Some things to look for with the dizziness include: any hearing change, tinnitus, vertigo, palpitations, assoc. Clarification: It would be helpful to understand a bit more on "your brain tingly" and any relation of dizziness to body movement, body position, or even stress. Stress and exhaustion with fatigue can lead to feelings of dizziness sensation. Removing the cause of the exhaustion might be the answer….
