Treated holes?: I prese that your laser treatment involved treating these retinal holes so that your retina doesn't detach. Your treating ophthalmologist should be available to address your question and concern. More importantly, there should be some discussion as to what you can and cannot do. If your retina has been examined ; thought to be stable, you should be able to return to running.

Depends: Any defect in the retina i.e. Tears or holes predisposes you to retinal detachment. If you have previously has laser it would likely be advisable to treat the holes with additional laser first.
