Ana 1:640 homo/speckled. Negative rf. Normal ESR and cbc. Taking between 1200 and 2000 mg nsaid daily for joint pain. Can this affect esr?
Individual, few petechiae on on stomach. Normal platelet count and CBC. No NSAID use. No other signs or symptoms. What is the cause? Is it concerning?
Current RA flare, kidney stones&Covid past 3wks. I take prednisone, Plaquenil Arava(new),NSAIDS, Zoloft. CBC yesterday=Neutrophils 80% and 8.7k/mm lymphocytes12.4%, platelets 392, MPV 8.5 all else good. Feel good but concerned! Any input appreciated?
