After recovering from plrl effusion frm neumonia i had pleurisy which was gone after nsaid but is back. ana, tibc, cbc, ctscan, xray shows all ok.

Mgt: If the effusion is associated with symptoms such as fever or is tap able, fluid can be sent for cytopathology. A TB test is also indicated.

Ana 1:640 homo/speckled. Negative rf. Normal ESR and cbc. Taking between 1200 and 2000 mg nsaid daily for joint pain. Can this affect esr?
Individual, few petechiae on on stomach. Normal platelet count and CBC. No NSAID use. No other signs or symptoms. What is the cause? Is it concerning?
