Consultation: In this case collaboration with your physician or,pulmonologist and the radiologist is important in determining whether your xray findings explain the lymphadenopathy. Further studies like a ct scan and or follow-up chest xrays and their timing are important questions to be answered. This is a somewhat complicated pneumonia.

After recovering from plrl effusion frm neumonia i had pleurisy which was gone after nsaid but is back. Ana, tibc, cbc, ctscan, xray shows all ok.
