I just recently started using the nuva ring in october and i've bein expirencing some thick brown spotting/period like bleeding the last few days?

Probably Normal: All hormonal contraception carries the possible side effect of irregular or break-through-bleeding during the first 2-3 months. The NuvaRing should be continued as prescribed and contact a clinician if there is still a problem after 3 months.
