Delay in menses: A two day delay in onset of a period is not unusual, but if no period in the next 10 days, get a serum HCG test to make certain you are not pregnant. A small amount of bleeding can occur with ovulation, and remember, Nuvaring may sometimes cause a delay in onset of your period.
