i have always had regular periods but this month i have had spotting/light bleeding for the last five days is this normal? color is light pink/red

Most likely normmal: Its not unusual to have a different cycle now and then. If you are not using birth control, it is reasonable to check a pregnancy test.

Last normal period?: When was your last normal period? Some women may have a few days of light bleeding or spotting between periods. This usually occurs around the time of ovulation. It is not dangerous for you, but can be annoying.
