Rapid pulse: A pulse of 95, at rest is faster than normal and it may raise the bp. 127/87 would be mildly elevated for your age. A check-up is recommended to find out why your pulse is rapid. Some causes are overactive thyroid, anemia, anxiety, fever, etc, .
