Costochondritis: Pain will be mostly found in the front near your sternum where the ribs meet the sternum. The achiness you are probably feeling is more likely related to the spacing between your ribs and either irritated intercostal musculature or irritated intercostal nerves. You would benefit from a physical exam to see if you have any hypertonicity of one side or any mild scoliosis. Try sleeping on other side?
