I'm 16 female had symptoms of costochondritis which went away and now i again have symptoms of costochondritis along with pain in upper left chest at a particular point and sometimes in side and lower left chest along with soreness when touched?

Costochondritis is inflammation of the cartilage of the chest wall. If you have been diagnosed with repeated episodes of costochondritis, you need to look at your physical activity and see if there is some activity that is causing it. If that doesn’t seem to be the answer, see a rheumatologist and get some blood work to determine if you have an autoimmune inflammatory condition. Rest and heal.
