Nephrotic syndrome: Nephrotic syndrome is mainly the loss of protein through the kidneys, sometimes with hypertension, edema, even diabetes. So you see the conditions that can lead to nephrotic syndrome can have genetic predisposition. The nephrotic syndrome is a result of such conditions.
