Maybe not.: You could just be tired, snug or bored. If you have other other symptoms like loss of interest in everything, poor concentration and motivation, either sleeping a lo, not wanting to get out of bed appetite changes, crying spells early morning awakening, then you could be depressed again. If still in doubt, go back to the doctor who diagnosed you with depression. Merry christmas!

Falling asleep: This is a concern for you and your own psychiatrist to look at together. Falling asleep when you don't mean to can come from multiple sources. One of the most common is poor sleep at night. You can have a primary sleep problem like sleep apnea. Also medications, alcohol, and/or other intoxicants can cause it. Depression is another. Lack of exercise. Hypothyroidism.
