i have a 5cm cyst on my left ovary. been getting cramps, sharp pains in my left pelvic area, tired, nauseous, & cold. could it be ruptured ?

GO TO ER: I will suggest you go to er and get it checked.You need an examination and cat scan to diagnose or rule out ruptured ovarian cyst.
