Most likely no: If it was originally indigestion, the numbness would not be associated. It sounds more like it may be pain related to a nerve in the area such as an intercostal. Any trauma? That being said, any chest pain should be evaluated with a physical exam as heart issues can occur at any age. Please discuss with your primary and if any changes occur in the meantime report to er. Hope that helps!
