See a surgeon: What needs to be done depends on how severe your reflux symptoms are and whether or not, you have been under treatment. Symptomatic gall stones require cholecystectomy for treatment. A surgeon will be able to evaluate you and recommend the appropriate treatment.

Inflamed gallbladder. Hida scan shows 29%. No gallstones. Symptoms are not severe, minor back pain, nausea, elevated pancreas levels (301), acid reflux. Any other option besides surgery? If so, what?
